CLIENT OBJECTIVES
Triton Schools needed upgrades and replacements throughout the elementary and Jr.- Sr. high school and bus barn. In the first project they wanted to include replacements and upgrades to the HVAC, gym lighting, temperature controls, and windows in the high school, which was built in 1967, and upgrade the gym lighting and the HVAC in the elementary school, which was built in 1987. In the second project, Triton Schools wanted to continue to upgrade the HVAC, gym lighting, temperature controls, windows, and re detection in the high school and upgrade temperature controls, HVAC, and re detection in the elementary school. For the third and final project, the boilers, hot water heater, and sump pump all need replacing in the high school.
VALUE DELIVERED
Project 1: Projected annual savings of $401,646.00 for 15 years, totaling $6,024,690.00.
Project 2: Projected annual savings of $314,884.00 for 15 years, totaling $4,723,260.00.
Project 3: Projected annual savings of $77,931.00 for 15 years, totaling $1,168,965.00.
Triton Schools is projected to save a total of $11,916,915.00 over 15 years.
