PROJECT SOLUTIONS
ECS Midwest installed a new chiller at the high school that provided more efficient operation. Adding decoupled digital control devices to the boiler made for more efficient boiler operation and adding Variable Frequency Drives helped achieve the desired energy savings. ECS Midwest performed a complete recommissioning analysis to identify deficiencies in equipment and sequences of operation for further improvement. CLIENT BACKGROUND
Mill Creek Community School Corporation (MCCSC), located in southwestern Hendricks County, Indiana, helps mold the lives of approximately 1,569 students annually. MCCSC is the consolidation of three townships, consisting of two elementary schools (Mill Creek East and Mill Creek West), one middle school (Cascade Middle School), and one high school (Cascade High School). Although Cascade Middle School and Cascade High School operate independently, they are joined by a common space known as the Cadet Center.
