Manchester Community Schools was seeking to do several upgrades at all four of their buildings. Manchester Jr.-Sr. High School needed a new chiller and temperature controls as well as air conditioning in the gym and locker rooms and new fire protection. Manchester Intermediate and Elementary Schools needed new fan-powered boxes to move air throughout the two buildings.
