CLIENT OBJECTIVES
The Garrett-Keyser-Butler Community School District needed HVAC upgrades to the elementary school, which would replace mechanical equipment dating back to 1958. This was project one of needed upgrades.
Project two included upgrading the high school’s HVAC, lighting, and temperature controls in the gymnasium and performing arts center, as well as painting the gymnasium and expanding its storage facility.
VALUE DELIVERED
Project one will deliver projected annual savings of $58,095.00 for 10 years, totaling $580,950.00. Project two will result in projected annual savings of $214,573.00 for 10 years, totaling $2,145,730.00. With both projects, the school district will save a projected total of $2,726,680.00.

The Garrett-Keyser-Butler Community School District has been an ECS Midwest customer since 2008 when ECS Midwest performed their first Guaranteed Savings project with them. The Garrett-Keyser-Butler Community School District is located in Garrett, Indiana, and serves 1,745 students. The district is comprised of three townships with a population of 14,698 residents.
