SOLUTIONS
After conducting a feasibility study to assess this client’s potential return on strategic energy investments, ECS Midwest guaranteed annual energy and operational savings that would enable the client to pay for the project over 10 years. To achieve these savings, company technicians installed new rooftop air conditioning units, and retrofitted the lighting systems. They also put in automated building control systems that simplify energy monitoring and enable more responsive control of energy usage. The result is new building systems that are helping the client reduce energy consumption and costs more effectively than ever before.
