Henry County, NEW CASTLE, IN
Henry County Government was seeking a reliable energy services provider to reduce energy consumption and demand while improving infrastructure and security in their building. Operational and maintenance costs also needed to be minimized across the entire energy and operations infrastructure. Energy-related capital improvement services such as replacing the roof and mechanical and security systems infrastructures were also considered.
By implementing ECS Midwest's energy conservation measures, Henry County Government’s costs will be lowered by $160,479.00 each year through the 10-year contract term for a projected total savings of $1,604,790.00.
ECS Midwest provided commissioning services, upgraded the building automation system, and replaced the aging and problematic boiler system with a more efficient system, all of which improved the overall facility energy efficiency.
