Shambaugh & Son Awarded Five Contracts to Provide Upgrades for 13 Schools Across Indiana

The Company's EMCOR Construction Services Division to Perform Energy Efficient Mechanical Installations

FORT WAYNE, IN, February 16, 2011- Shambaugh & Son's EMCOR Construction Services division, has recently been awarded five new contracts to perform renovations to greatly improve the building systems and enhance energy efficiencies at 13 Indiana schools.

EMCOR Construction Services (ECS) division's scope of work for each contract includes:

 

School City of Mishawaka - ECS will provide construction services at nine schools. The scope of work includes installation of new unit ventilators, new boilers, and lighting controls, and performance of commissioning for all the systems.

 

Triton School Corporation - under separate contracts at two schools, ECS will install new air handling units, variable air volume HVAC, new chillers, lighting and controls, and perform commissioning for all the systems.

 

Greater Clark County Schools - the scope of work at one school involves installation of a new two-pipe system, including chiller, boiler, vertical unit ventilators and controls as well as commissioning.

 

Monroe Central School Corporation - ECS will construct a new roof and install new boilers and systems controls at one school.
