Tim helps clients throughout northern and central Indiana identify areas in which ECS’s  design/build, performance contracting, new construction, and energy-related solutions could help them improve overall facility performance, while reducing energy consumption and costs. Together, he and the ECS engineering team review a client’s building systems, conduct energy audits, perform feasibility studies, and engage in the other activities necessary to make an accurate assessment of a client’s building systems’ performance and costs. Tim and his team then develop alternative solutions and budgets, and present them to the client for approval. Once a decision has been made and a project is under way, Tim works with the project manager and the client to ensure that all work is delivered to the client’s complete satisfaction, and that ongoing operations are providing the high-performance results and financial payback originally projected.

 

Expertise

Tim has more than 10 years of sales and management experience. After a three-year stint in commercial battery sales with Batteries Plus, he joined Novartis, where he spent five years in pharmaceutical sales. He joined EMCOR in 2007. During the course of his career, he has developed extensive expertise in assessing customer needs and creating sound, practical solutions that meet them.

 

Tim holds a bachelor’s in finance with a marketing minor from Ball State University. He is a member of the Indiana School Boards Association (ISBA), the Indiana Association of School Business Officials (IASBO), and the Indiana Association of Public School Superintendents (IAPSS).

 

The Personal Side

In addition to spending time with family and friends, Tim enjoys fishing, golfing, and occasionally, auctioneering.
