As an important contributor to EMCOR Construction Services’ (ECS’) projects, Scott ensures delivery of reliable, high-quality mechanical systems that provide comfortable and productive environments, while offering the high-performance capabilities required to meet today’s tough energy, cost control, and other facilities challenges. Working with his clients, he performs the engineering analyses and creates the designs needed to satisfy a wide range of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing objectives. Once a design has been finalized, Scott oversees the equipment submittal process, procurement, site safety, and other functions necessary to complete projects consistently on-time, on-budget, and to his clients’ total satisfaction.

 

Expertise

Scott has been designing and overseeing the installation of mechanical systems for nearly 25 years. During that time, he has worked on projects ranging from K-12 schools and universities to retail, government, and private sector facilities. He is especially expert at delivering projects under guaranteed energy savings and design/build contracts that use ECS-designed mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and temperature control systems for which the company self performs all installation activities.

 

Scott holds an associate degree in applied science with a specialty in mechanical engineering technology from Purdue University. He is a member of the American Society of Heating, Refrigeration, and Air-Conditioning Engineers (ASHRAE).

 

The Personal Side

Scott has been married to his wife Cathy for over 25 years and has one daughter, Brianna. He and his family share a love of motorcycling and enjoy traveling on their Harleys as much as possible. Scott also enjoys do it yourself projects throughout his home and garden.
