Craig shows current and prospective clients how the company’s broad, single-source capabilities and self-performance project delivery strategy can help them meet their most demanding facilities challenges. His responsibilities include developing strategic marketing plans and building strategic alliances. He and his team also prepare comprehensive, highly targeted proposals that combine innovative value engineering concepts, leading-edge technologies and in-depth systems expertise. The result is solutions that enable clients to meet their operational and financial goals, while improving building performance, energy efficiency and productivity.

 

Expertise

Craig brings to his position more than 25 years’ of construction and service industry experience. Before joining EMCOR Construction Services, he held positions of increasing responsibility with United Technologies Corporation/OTIS, Dover Corporation and Shambaugh and Son.

 

Craig holds a bachelor’s in business management from the Pennsylvania State University and a master’s in business administration from the University of Indianapolis. He is a member of the Indiana Association of School Business Officials (IASBO) and serves on IASBO’s School Finance Research Committee, the Indiana School Board Association (ISBA), the Indiana Association of Public School Superintendents (IAPSS), the Building Owners and Managers Association (BOMA), the Metro Indianapolis Coalition for Construction Safety (MICCS), and Shambaugh and Son’s Management Synergy Group.

 

The Personal Side

Craig is the father of two; Jordan, a U.S. Air Force Scholarship recipient and college football player at Rose-Hulman Institute of Technology; and Lyndi, a high school student at Shelbyville Central High School and setter on her volleyball team.

 

When not at a high school volleyball or college football game, Craig enjoys gardening, fishing, boating, and genealogy. He enjoys travel and hopes to tour Europe spending time in England, France, and Germany. Craig has written a genealogy book on his family and is an Indianapolis Colts season ticket holder.
