Cale oversees delivery of consistently high-quality solutions that have been expertly engineered for optimum operation and reliability. His responsibilities span all phases of design/build, performance contracting, new construction, service, and energy-related projects. While projects are in the development stage, he conducts detailed operating audits and studies the building's systems and utilities to develop the lifecycle and performance cost analyses that enable clients to manage their systems more effectively, while obtaining long-term value.

 

During construction, Cale provides expert technical recommendations that help clients install and operate energy-efficient heating, ventilation, air conditioning (HVAC), and other systems that reduce energy consumption and costs.

 

And as a project comes to completion, Cale works with facility maintenance personnel to be sure they have the knowledge and skills needed to ensure continued high-performance operation and an ongoing return on investment.

 

Expertise

For more than 15 years, Cale has worked on a wide variety of building control, mechanical, and construction projects. During that time, he has had extensive experience as a project engineer and manager on HVAC retrofit and energy efficiency projects for local school districts.

 

Cale earned his bachelor's degree from Purdue University. He is licensed in Indiana as a professional engineer and is a member of the Central Indiana Chapter of the American Society of Heating, Refrigerating and Air Conditioning Engineers (ASHRAE).

 

The Personal Side

Married with seven children, Cale enjoys fishing and hunting.
