Brian Neuman

Project Manager

Value Delivered

Brian provides the project management expertise required to ensure that clients get the systems and services they need to succeed in today’s tough economic climate. Working out of ECS’s Indianapolis office, he helps field supervisors install a wide array of high-performance mechanical and plumbing systems. At the same time, he manages and coordinates the controls, electrical, and other trades involved in his projects. He also conducts progress meetings, monitors budgets and schedules, oversees jobsite deliveries and other activities, maintains an efficient information flow, and coordinates with owners to meet their most exacting standards. His goal is always safe, on-time, on-budget project completion and total client satisfaction.

Expertise

Brian is a Designated Design-Build Professional™, the Design-Build Institute of America’s premier credential for design-build practitioners. He has more than 15 years of successful project management experience. Much of this experience has come while working on multi-divisional, design-build projects involving ECS-designed and self-performed mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and temperature controls systems. His assignments have ranged from small retrofits to large, multi-million dollar greenfield hospitals in a variety of industries, including ammonia refrigeration, education, food processing, and healthcare.

Brian is a graduate of Purdue University’s School of Engineering.
